About the event
Through Lines is a free dance workshop series produced by HipStory and Co-Curated by Stiggity Stacks, exploring the foundational techniques, historical context, and modern evolutions of Black dance traditions. This workshop will focus on several dance styles including jazz, house, vogue, and hip hop in conversation with each other. After engaging in demonstrations from instructors specializing in each style, participants will be guided through open sessions to explore and move between styles!
